TCI has an immediate need for a Help Desk Technician in Ft. Sam Houston, TX. This is a contract to hire opportunity. While employed with TCI we will provide competitive, market-rate based pay, along with Comprehensive Medical/Dental Insurance, 401k, Life Insurance and Long Term Disability benefits.

The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for taking calls, emails, or other forms of customer input for trouble tickets and for entering data into the trouble ticket tracking system.
Responsibilities:

Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization.

Prepares help desk tickets for all work performed.

Receives work direction from supervisor on work priorities and daily assignments.

Assists in monitoring operation of network computers as well as tending to the associated peripheral devices, reports and records hardware and software malfunctions and error situations, services printers, and other peripheral equipment according to instructions.
