The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and defining requirements from internal end users. The Business Analyst will work directly with the IT team members and the Business team members and managers and will act as a liaison to bridge the gap between the IT department and Business side. The Business Analyst will be a critical link to meet the goals of both departments. Candidates must have past experience with Process/Performance improvement Analysis (six sigma, agile) and past experience with any hands on distributed development work. Must also have an understanding of test environments.
