Technology Consulting, Inc. (TCI) was formed in 1988 to provide information systems and consulting services to a variety of clients. TCI concentrates on IT staffing and project delivery solutions across all technology platforms (mainframe, midrange, client-server, and internet based).

TCI is working with one of the largest consulting firms in the country on a significant project in scope. This project will create several new positions in the Louisville, KY area.  All these positions are long term (one year) contracts with two renewal options.  Although, some positions are not within IT scope, our client has engaged us to staff all roles that relate to this project.

Role Overview

Case Management--The Case Manager will increase responsiveness to Survivor inquiries. Case Managers provide centralized support and outreach within case management function.  Manage or assist with special projects (High Public Interest actions, retroactive benefits and entitlements, reinvestigations and litigation impacting Survivor groups). Provide support to SOS Staff (Regional Support Specialists, Support Coordinators, Benefits Coordinators, CAC Trainers, and Financial Counselors) on casualty policy and technology support.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of general work experience preferably in the casualty, mortuary and/or grief affairs area.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (required)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively across multiple agencies to accomplish project goals
  • MS Word, Outlook and Excel Proficiency (required)
  • Benefits Administration, Human Resources or Health Care experience (preferred but not required)
  • Flexible to work weekends and evenings (required)
  • Contact Center Skills (preferred but not required)
  • A college degree (4 year degree preferred but not required)
