Infinium Flexible Benefits allows you to enter detailed benefit information for employees that is automatically shared and updated with other Infinium systems. Infinium Flexible Benefits is completely integrated with Infinium HR and Infinium PY. All three systems share the same employer and employee database. They also share organizational hierarchical information. This class covers all components of Infinium Flexible Benefits.

TCI can perform an Optimization Review prior to class. During an Optimization Review, a TCI Infinium Consultant will review how your company is currently using the software and analyze any areas for improvement in speed, functionality, business flow, or reporting.
