In the Infinium Order Processing class, you learn how to use the five different modules within Infinium Order Processing. Those systems include:

• Order Processing Entry
• Product Pricing
• Sales Analysis
• Customer Service
• Electronic Data Exchange (EDI)

These systems work together to help you manage your sales orders from entry to invoicing.

Additionally in Infinium OP training, you learn how to track all sales history for every order, and how to define product pricing so everything is automatically retrieved for you when you create the order.

TCI can perform an Optimization Review prior to class. During an Optimization Review, a TCI Infinium Consultant will review how your company is currently using the software and analyze any areas for improvement in speed, functionality, business flow, or reporting.
