Human Capital Management Infinium Self Service training covers
Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and Benefit Self Service.
In Employee Self Service, you are trained on informaiton an
employee can alter (such as address, emergency contacts, dependent
information) and all the requests an employee can enter into the system
(such as requesting time off or requesting direct deposit changes). Self
Service training additionally reviews information the employee can view,
but not alter.
In Manager Self Service topics include: salary change,
transfers, status change, and performance reviews. Managers also learn how to
request training for employees, create salary plans, and how to approve
time-off requests.
Benefits Self Service topics include: open enrollment, benefits statements,
and how to handle mid-year changes.

using the software and analyze any areas for improvement in speed, functionality,
